A 60-90 cm high variety, it bears well and is very suitable for windy areas and small gardens. It grows best in heavy but well drained soils but if the soil is too rich the plants will produce a lot of leaf and very few pods. For this reason the bean crop should follow a leaf crop such as cabbage or lettuce.
While the crop is growing keep free of weeds and once it reaches 15 cm high apply a complete fertilizer.
Gather pods as they become ready for use to prolong bearing period.
